Surprise Visit

Our friends, Frank and Julia, gave us a surprise visit. Their son, Isaac, will be 2 on April 23rd. The boys are about 7 months apart and play great together. Frank and Julia were suppose to close on a house, but were sent to Louisville instead to resolve bank issues. I can't say I was sad. Here are a few pictures of the boys and Stella, their 5-month old daughter.

Easter Egg Hunt

Last year Titus was too young to hunt for eggs. Do you remember this picture?

This year I put an M&M in 16 plastic eggs and threw them in the yard, not really hiding them. He brought me one egg at a time to open them for him once he realized they had his favorite thing in the world inside, chocolate.
 What fun we had!

Easter at Our New House

Easter happens to be the first holiday we celebrated at the new house. Can you find Titus?

Here's a closer look at him.

And how about even closer...

And closer...

OK, that is probably close enough. Here is one more shot of him though in his Easter clothes.

I will post the egg hunt in a different post.

Mowing the Yard

We are in the process of giving Titus a few chores around the house. His first responsibility is to mow the grass. We let him practice back in Cortland, because here in Kentucky he now has almost 2 acres.

Hair Cut or not to Hair Cut

There has been crazy talk about getting Titus' hair cut. Daddy says it is time, but Momma says not until she can get a good thick lock to keep for always. The agreement at the current time is that as long as Momma keeps the sides from going over his ears, his hair can grow. Daddy never said that Momma can't style Titus' hair in the bathtub, take pictures and post them for the world to see. So the question, "Which style?."
