Anderson Family Reunion

Aaron's dad's side of the family had a family reunion. I took a few pictures, but not very many. Titus did awesome with all the traveling and visiting, despite teething, not getting his normal amount of sleep and having a fever half the trip. Here are some pictures of my little trooper at the family reunion.

On a walk back from the lake, with his Aunt Annie.

On Sunday, the Anderson family gathered together for a special worship service in an old church where many Anderson relatives use to gather on a regular basis. Titus was desperate for a nap. I thought it was cute that he chose his new football from grandma to sleep with, instead of his B (blanket, doggie and bear).

My Silly Boy

I bought Titus this new outfit and wanted to take pictures of him in it, because I thought he looked so much like a little boy and less like a baby in it. He decided it was time to show off his stuff by walking and scooting across the floor backward. The video of him walking backward and scooting can be found on the July 31st post:

Even though Zoey has gotten better with him as he has gotten older, this photo still sums up their relationship. He loves Zoey so much and won't let her out of his sight. Zoey tolerates Titus, won't admit she loves him too, but is also still cautious of him and his quick movements.

Blueberries

Titus' very favorite food in the whole wide world, outside of sugary things, are blueberries. One morning, he decided they would taste good in a bagel. Too bad he wasn't the original inventor of that idea.

A Nice Visit

It had been awhile since I had spent quality time with my friend Robin. When living in Illinois my Indianapolis visits were spread thin with many people, unless there was a family event going on. I took a couple days and went up to visit her, her mom and son Isaac.

The first day the boys were funny. They spent the whole day measuring each up. They barely spent any time playing together. The second day, they were best friends almost before we walked in the door. The two days were so dramatically different.

Carolyn, Robin's mom, reading a book to the boys.

The boys sat for a long time and rolled a ball back and forth to each other. Titus kept wanting to sit right next to Isaac, but of course that didn't work. He did "catch" on.

Carolyn also tried teaching the boys to fold clothes.

Titus also found the most harmless cat in all of the world.

We had a good time and a good visit. And as of today, 08/17/12, Kayleigh Diane has been born. Congratulations Jeremiah and Robin!!!
