Playground Fun and Ice Cream Treats

My goal for the time that the kids were with us was for us not to end up in the emergency room because of a playground incident. Thankfully, it did not happen. Although a couple weeks after they left, our new pastor's son was hanging on the monkey bars and came down on his wrist, breaking it in two places. I never thought to pray for all the kids that come over to our house. Anyway, here are the kids enjoying the playground equipment in our backyard.

My mom had bought the kids a special treat of ice cream with ice cream cones. We all enjoyed them.

 Elijah and Michayla thought it was funny how Titus ate the ice cream out of the cone. They shared theirs in order to see him do it more.

Caleb wasn't sharing. :)

We had also played with waterguns, so that is why the kids look a little scraggly. It was hot and they were sweaty. The next pictures to come out will be the same day after their baths.
